Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Is there a contract or lock-in period?
Monthly plans have no lock-in. 6 and 12-month plans offer significant discounts for the extended commitment. You can cancel anytime, and unused balance will be refunded pro-rata.
What is the installation charge?
